Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 filleted chicken breasts
    4 slices cooked ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Split chicken breasts to make a pocket.
    Insert a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in each breast.
    Mix the flour with salt and pepper and coat chicken.
    Dip them in beaten egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
