Curry-Cajun Spiced Chicken - cooking recipe

1/3 c. honey
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 to 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
hot cooked rice
Preparation

In a 3-quart rectangular baking dish, combine honey, water, mustard, margarine, Cajun seasoning, curry powder, lemon juice and garlic; mix well.
Add chicken breast halves, turning to coat. Arrange in a single layer.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Serve chicken and pan drippings with hot cooked rice.
