Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red potatoes (unpeeled), cubed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. bacon, crumbled
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated or cubed
    1 c. mild Cheddar, grated
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Cook and drain potatoes.
    Stir in butter.
    Spoon half of the potatoes in casserole.
    Top with half of the bacon and half of the cheese, then repeat.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
