Hot Italian Sausage Over Penne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. Cream (or milk)
    1 lb. Penne
    1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
    3/4 Can Chicken Broth
    1 Tbsp. Oregano
    1 Tbsp. Basil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Red Pepper
    2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
    1/2 Shallot (minced)
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 Tomato Diced
    1/2 Cup Green Onion Chopped
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    Put 2 Tbsp. olive oil in saucepan and add garlic and shallots. Brown and add skinless sausage, brown and drain oil.
    Add paprika & chicken broth.
    Let simmer until you have half of liquid left.
    Add cream and simmer until you have half of liquid left.
    Add remaining spices, simmer 10 minutes.
    Cook penne until done, drain and stir in mixture.
    Top with tomato, green onion and cheese.
