Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    salt & pepper to taste
    vegetable oil
    8 pork chops (boneless is best)
Preparation
    Mix eggs & milk together. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then coat with cracker crumbs. Put oil in skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Place on foil lined cookie sheet and Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 - 45 minutes.
