Spinach And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    2 lb. cottage cheese (large curd), drained
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Brick cheese
    1 stick oleo/butter
Preparation
    Cut up cheese and butter in spinach. Mix in flour and eggs. mix together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned.
