Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. sifted plain flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 c. nonfat dry milk
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. shortening
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together, cutting the shortening in well. Store in airtight container.
Add water to necessary amount for batch of biscuits.
Use as you would any biscuit mix.
