Artichoke Heart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts in oil, drain
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 onion (purple), chopped and cut fine
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Before serving, mix 1 box mushrooms, cut in pieces, then serve.
