Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. pepperoni
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and ground beef; mix well.
    Take 1/2 of the meat mixture and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Lay pepperoni and cheese on top.
    Add the rest of the ground beef, sealing edges so cheese will not run out.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
