Soft Taco Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine ingredients in bowl; beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Use 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup measuring cup of batter.
Pour on hot griddle.
Quickly smooth out batter in thin circle, using the bottom of the measuring cup.
If a hole appears, just drop more batter in, then smooth out.
Bake until done.
