Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 stick margarine
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can consomme
    1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Put all in casserole dish and bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Continue baking covered for 30 more minutes.
