Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except carrots.
Beat until smooth, then add carrots.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool before icing.
