Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut stems from green peppers and remove seeds.
    Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Mix ground meat with bread crumbs, onions, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Fill peppers and bake, covered, for 45 minutes, uncovered for 15 minutes.
