Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 eggshell milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 tsp. baking powder
    1 lump shortening (size of walnut)
    flour
Preparation
    For each egg, add next 4 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Roll dough out flat, then cover with thin layer of flour; roll like jelly roll.
    Cut 1/2 way through lengthwise, then make thin slices across.
    Drop into boiling chicken or beef broth, then simmer 30 minutes.
