Cajun Pasta And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rotelle macaroni
    3 chicken breasts, cut
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 bell peppers (1/2-inch strips)
    2 medium onions
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 red cayenne pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Remove and add peppers and onions.
    Remove and add remaining oil.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir until dark brown; add tomato to make thick sauce. Add chicken, onion and pepper to sauce.
    Serve over macaroni.
