Crispy Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. popped corn
    1 c. peanuts or 1 c. mixed nuts (optional)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum extract
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Place popped corn in a large baking pan. Bring to a boil the sugar, syrup and oleo in a saucepan.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda and extracts.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Stir.
    Place in oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
