Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 chopped medium onion
1/3 c. melted butter
6 oz. cooked thin spaghetti
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. cooked mild sausage
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cover pepperoni with water and boil 5 minutes; drain. Saute onions in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Pour remaining butter in 11 x 7 1/2-inch casserole dish. Toss spaghetti in butter. Cover with 8 ounces tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, 1/2 of the pepperoni, 1/2 of the sausage, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and all of mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle oregano and basil over mixture. Top with remaining Swiss cheese, pepperoni, sausage, tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
