Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno chilies
    1 (8 oz.) jar green taco or enchilada sauce
    salad oil
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, halved
    5 (7-inch) flour tortillas, cut into quarters
    1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream and green onions. Sprinkle bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish with 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
    Cover cheese with 1/2 the egg mixture, then, in equal portions, layer as follows: chilies, jalapenos, egg mixture, chilies, jalapenos and egg mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
