Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (skin and bone)
    2 tsp. butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. spaghetti
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil chicken and save the broth; brown the chicken pieces in butter and add the onion, bell pepper, pimentos and mushrooms.
    In another pan, stir the cream of chicken soup and Velveeta until cheesy.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
    Spread spaghetti in baking dish and top with chicken, adding cream mixture on top of chicken.
    Top layer with cheese mixture and bake until all cheese is melted.
