Overnight Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 smoked ham
    7 c. water
Preparation
    Place ham (fat side up) in a covered roasting pan or you can use foil to cover.
    Add water.
    Put ham in a cold oven and preheat to 500\u00b0.
    When it has preheated for 15 mintues, turn oven off. Don't open door, but time it for 3 hours.
    Preheat oven again and then cook for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven off and don't open oven for 7 hours or overnight.
    Yum!
