Barbecue Chicken Breasts In Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, rinsed and set aside
1/4 c. rice vinegar (any other type will be too strong!)
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. and 1 small branch fresh rosemary
1/2 c. white wine or flat beer

Preparation

In bowl large enough to hold all the chicken pieces, combine all of the ingredients, except chicken breasts and branch of fresh rosemary.
Mix well.
Place chicken breasts into mixture and allow to marinate a minimum of 2 hours.
The longer the chicken is allowed to sit in marinade, the better; can be left overnight.
