Festive Rice - cooking recipe

2 (10 1/2 oz.) Cans Chicken Broth
1 c. Converted Rice
6 Tbsps. Butter Flavor Sprinkles
1 1/2 c. Small Broccoli Florettes
2/3 c. Cross Cut Carrots (Sliced)
1 1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper (julienne Cut)
3 Tbsps. Fresh Parsley (Minced)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation

1. In a medium (2 qt.) saucepan bring broth to a boil.
Add rice. reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Stir in butter-flavor sprinkles and all vegetables.
Cover. Continue simmering 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
Sprinkle top with butter sprinkles and black pepper. 4. Fluff with a fork before serving. Makes 8 servings.
