Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
15 oz. box Raisin Bran
1/2 c. chopped nuts
raisins (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix in dry ingredients, except flakes and nuts.
Stir in flakes and nuts.
Stores in refrigerator several days.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
