Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking soda
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients.
    Mix in dry ingredients, except flakes and nuts.
    Stir in flakes and nuts.
    Stores in refrigerator several days.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
