Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked and chunked carrots
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots.
    Cook in salt water just until tender. Drain.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Mix soup, vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over warm carrots. Refrigerate and marinate overnight or longer.
