Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. meal
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mash salmon.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir until all is mixed together.
    If not stiff enough to drop from spoon, add more flour.
    Heat oil in frying pan until hot.
    Drop by spoonful into hot oil.
    Brown on both sides.
