Mccordie'S Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, cut up
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced okra
    1 c. sliced squash
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil or bacon grease
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Heat cooking oil or grease in skillet.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Cook 5 minutes on low heat.
    Stir in okra, squash, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
