Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy mix
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 green pepper
1 tomato, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
Preparation

Bake Jiffy corn bread mix as directed on box. Let cool. Crumble bread in large bowl. Add chopped pepper, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
