Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 tsp. garlic powder or onion
    1 small can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 hot jalapeno
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 bell pepper, cut up
Preparation
    Mix together as you would any cornbread.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
