Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) cream-style corn
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
hot peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, corn and oil.
Add corn meal, bell peppers, hot peppers and baking powder.
Grease pan.
Heat pan until hot.
Pour half of mixture in dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this; pour remainder of mixture over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add remaining cheese on top and let melt.
