Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison, beef, chicken or pork
    1 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion (2 1/2-inch), chopped fine
    1 lb. can whole tomatoes, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet; add meat, garlic and onion.
    Cook, stirring slowly until meat browns.
    Add remaining ingredients. Fold gently.
    Cover and simmer until chili is hot.
