Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion, mushrooms, celery and garlic in butter. Stir in rice, bouillon, pepper and water. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add bacon.
