Jim'S Little Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. baby beef ribs
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of black pepper
dash of dry mustard
Preparation

Prepare ribs by wiping with wet towel.
Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan.
Roast at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, turning once.
Prepare basting sauce.
Mix all ingredients.
Remove ribs from oven.
Brush with sauce on both sides.
Return to oven.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Baste from time to time while baking.
Serves 4.
