Barbecue Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine ingredients (mixture will be soft).
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Place in single layer on wax-paper-lined cookie sheets and freeze until solid.
Store in freezer bags until ready to cook.
