Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up chunks
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen fish fillets, thawed or partly thawed, cut in 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    In large saucepan saute onion, celery and garlic in margarine or batter until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, wine, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add fish and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
