Fish In Tomato Sauce On Barbecue Pit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
    4 c. fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    ground red pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large fish (red snapper)
Preparation
    Place onions and parsley in olive oil and saute for a little while.
    Add garlic and then the rest of the ingredients except fish.
    Cook until the onions are nearly done.
    Pour sauce over fish to be baked on the pit in a boat made from aluminum foil.
