Low Fat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 c. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. 100% Bran or Raisin Bran
    1 1/4 c. low fat milk
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Mix cereal, milk and sugar in another. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in egg and applesauce.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Spoon in muffin tins sprayed with oil 2/3 full.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.
