Foolproof Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled, chopped Granny Smith apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation

Combine apples and sugar in a bowl.
Let stand 10 minutes. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir well. Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine oil, vanilla and egg white; stir well.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in apple mixture.
