Marilyn Mcconnell'S Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the browned
    hamburger,
    garlic salt, onion, tomato sauce, salt and pepper into
    a pot and simmer 15 minutes.
    Mix the cooked noodles, cream
    cheese and sour cream and stir into the meat sauce.
    Turn
    into
    a
    greased
    casserole;
    top
    with mushrooms and grated cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
