Ingredients

1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
13 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 300\u00b0 until slightly brown.
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, 4 1/2 ounces Cool Whip and sugar.
Spread on crust.
Spread 1/3 of 13 1/2-ounce Cool Whip on top.
Mix pudding and milk until thick.
Spread on top of mixture, then spread remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
