Coconut Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. chopped fruitcake mix
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. orange juice
    additional candied fruit or nuts (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add fruitcake mix, coconut, raisins and nuts; mix well.
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and extract; mix well. Stir in the flour mixture alternately with orange juice.
