Crabmeat Imperial(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Remove cartilage and shell from crabmeat.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Saute onions and peppers in butter.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Place in shallow baking dish or in individual ramekins.
Bake 25 minutes.
