Peppery Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinned chicken breast halves
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, vinegar, allspice, and pepper. Pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Bake chicken at 375\u00b0 for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through. Surround chicken with sliced mushrooms, spoon the sauce over them and bake 5 minutes more.
