Custard Pie Recipe For 9-Inch Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar and salt together.
    Add milk and vanilla. Mix ingredients well and strain into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in oven preheated to 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes a very delicious pie.
