Grandmother Smith'S No-Fuss Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. lukewarm water
1 egg
1 stick margarine
5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix salt, sugar and yeast in a very large bowl (large enough for dough to rise) and add 2 cups of lukewarm water.
Add half of the flour and mix in.
Add egg and mix.
Add melted butter.
Add remaining flour and mix quickly.
Cover with Saran Wrap and let rise 1 hour, until doubled its bulk.
Punch down and form into rolls.
Let rise again for about another hour.
Bake at 425\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes.
This is a favorite at every family gathering.
