Mashed Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, boiled
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mash potatoes.
Spread extra butter in casserole.
Mix all ingredients and put in casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
(If made in advance, bake for 1/2 hour.) Serves 6 to 8.
