Turkey Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. ground cooked turkey
    1 c. seasoned, mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. minced pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in
    flour and gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly until
    thickened.
    Add
    a little hot mixture to egg and mix
    well.
    Stir into hot mixture and cook, stirring constantly one minute.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Chill
    thoroughly.
    Shape
    into
    croquettes
    and arrange in greased shallow baking
    dish.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serves 4.
