Ingredients

1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine peanut butter, honey, extract and nutmeg.
Layer ice cream and peanut butter mixture into metal bowl or other 2-quart freezer container, beginning and ending with the ice cream. Freeze until firm.
Scoop or spoon into serving dishes.
Makes 2 quarts.
