Cranberry-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water.
    Stir in whole cranberry sauce and lemon juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in chopped, unpeeled apple and celery; chill until firm.
    Top with whipping cream mixed with mayonnaise.
