Red Beet Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small beets (1 can), sliced
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    8 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over beets and let stand overnight.
