Easy Fajitas(Fa-He-Tas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, pork or chicken
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cilantro (if you don't have this, don't worry)
    3 Tbsp. salsa
    couple dashes chili powder
Preparation
    Cut meat into cube-size pieces.
    Cook in large skillet (or wok) in oil with garlic and all spices about 10 minutes.
    Add bell pepper and onion.
    Cover and let cook about 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and salsa.
    Cover and let cook until meat and all veggies are tender (another 5 to 10 minutes).
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
